CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

In my cooking classes I demonstrate how to prepare and cook healthy, tasty, light, easy to digest meals.

I demonstrate the use of a whole-food, plant based diet, which includes a range of pulses, grains, spices, herbs, seeds & nuts. Including local, seasonal fresh vegetables.

In my courses I teach the principles of Ayurvedic Cooking that ensures foods and herbs maintain and restore the body’s natural state of balance, using the pharmaceutical aspects of medicinal Indian spices, which allows maximum digestibility, for each individual’s constitution.

Available on request is the use of vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free preferences, as well as NZ market fish and organic chicken.

Set aside a day to be nourished in a warm, relaxed environment.

Enjoy the process of bringing mindfulness, care, and attention to your meal time as you sit around the dining table, within the atmosphere of colourful, aromatic dishes being cooked and served together.

Experience the various tastes that are discovered in each dish, that contribute to its overall balancing effect.
